As a part of Blue Star Equiculture's committment to history and preservation, we are undertaking an effort to document the lives of people and horses who have worked together, and to get that story "straight from the horse's mouth," as it were.
If you have worked with horses in the past, or have memories of others working with them, we'd love to hear from you and interview you! Farm horses, carriage horses, any working horses - we want to preserve the memory of these horses and the humans they worked with.

What we owe the future
is not a new start, for we can only begin
with what has happened. We owe the future
the past, the long knowledge
that is the potency of time to come.
[...]The community of knowing in common is the seed
of our life in this place.
